Privacy Policy

Your full name, email address and password, your business name, category, location and description, a phone or WhatsApp number, and the photos you upload. Everything except your full name and account email is shown publicly in your storybook, because that is the point of a directory.

We ask for your date of birth only to confirm that you are at least 18. The date is checked during registration and is not retained. We store only the time when the eligibility check passed.

Used only to sign you in and to reach you about your account. Never shown publicly. Passwords are stored encrypted by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see the plain password.

The Message button opens a WhatsApp chat directly between the visitor and the number on the storybook. We don't see the conversation and don't store its contents.

We record when a visitor taps Call, WhatsApp, Email or Website on a storybook, and when a storybook is viewed, so businesses and administrators can see how much interest a storybook is getting. These records are tied to the storybook, not to the visitor: we do not log a visitor's name, account or browsing history elsewhere.

We use the country supplied with your visit by our hosting provider to show local wording and prices. We do not request or store your coordinates. Your language and country choice are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so the site remembers your preference next visit. This is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with anyone.

Account and storybook data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the European Union. Photos are stored the same way.

We don't sell or rent your information. Your storybook is public by design, the same as a phone directory or trade listing. Your account email and password are never shared.

Edit your storybook at any time from your account. Delete your account, storybook and photos permanently from Settings. This is immediate and cannot be undone by us once you confirm it.

If your business was added from a partner's spreadsheet rather than by you directly, we hold the details supplied to us for that storybook. Contact us to correct or remove it, or to register the account as your own.

The Notice Board is for business owners and buyers. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new date at the top.
